now that the trial is over i would think that we could finally get a break from all the omar guerro stuff… shaw.. right.

ok.. so i’ve been preparing myself for this surgery for how long now? two weeks? mostly because i’m afraid of the unknown. the dentist is just tossing me over to this stranger and i’m sopoused to trust that i sit in the chair, he looks in and see the problem and takes the teeth that are sick. so patti and i arive there at the proper time and the lady at the front is saying that the doctor is at the hospital and can we come back at 1030, so i’m getting ready to go back and then they call. he’s still at the hospital and not making it in. so i got bumped until monday. and this visit on monday, yea- it’s not to pull the teeth, it’s just for a consulatation! I’ve been freaking out all this time over a consultation?!!! Not cool. i went back to the dentist office and said something like “you let me go through a week of torment and anguish for a consultation! How dare you! shame on you for letting me belive that. the countless hours of sleep i’ve lost, the worry and fear i’ve been feeling! the hours of my own research and discussions i’ve had with all these people giving me there horor stories. is this how you treat all your patients? the people who put thier trust in your abilties to treat us with diginity and respect” actually i think it was more like, “i have this tooth that kinda hurts, can you fix it?”.

nervous would be an understatement. I think the part the worries me the most is the unknown. i’ve never done this before so i’m a little un-experienced. I’ve gotten to talk to other people who seamed to have experienced it. Amanda went on the air on HotKiss 106.3 talking about her mom’s experience. She said that Dr. Schwartz was the one who did it and was just raving about the experience. mind you it was Amanda talking, not her mom. Today patti and i were having lunch and ran into Micheal Salinas, er.. January. He told us about his experience and how he would do it again. The people at the dr’s office seam to think this is some sort of routine procedure. i just finished watching a video on you tube made by a doctor talking about the procedure. i think i’m as prepared as i can be. we’ll see how this goes tomorrow.

I can’t take the credit for these. they came from Aroon’s Flickr. But still. to funny to not share with you guys. Here are some of my favorites.
4709Saturday morning Patti and i woke up and she asked, what do we have to do today. I really thought we didn’t have anything to do. well, ended up having to take Hannah to puppets at church, so i thought i could use the time to catch up on some stuff at church. Well, then Patti ended up finding out that Rachel and Brice had some water trouble at there house, so i came looking for a shopvac. While i was doing that patti was messing with Janie’s car. I walked over and found out they were looking for the smell in the car. Ended up being a posum caught in the fan belt. ok so we got that done and then went over to rachel’s house. there closet and bedroom carpet was soaked. Went to the back of the house and the water was obviously comming out from the waterheater built into the back part of the house. so we ended up having to cut the pipes to get the waterheater out. Trying to reassemble the pipes after about 2 hours of looking for the size we needed, found out it was CPVC piping we were looking for. the only people who told us that was the lady (of all people) at mccoys. Actually everyone there was really helpfull and knew what they were talking about. I’m going to be doing alot more shopping there first. Did that upuntil around 5 or 6, then we went to the house. Randy made a bunch of food and had a bunch of people over. it was fun to hang out but by 1am i was ready for bed. Going back to Rachels and Brice’s to finish up today after church. then i’ll catch up on the work i have to do here at churh after that.
She pee’d on me. I knew that i would have lots of new first’s being married and all but never expected this. Woke up this morning to feel something warm on my leg and Deliah squwating on me at 5 this morning. So spent the morning washing sheets and my blankie. I can’t blame her though. Someone closed the laundry room door where the cat box is. And better me than peeing on someone else.
This place has gone through alot of changes since i first turned it on October 21, of 2004. Today you are seeing new things like redirectify, embedded gallery and wordpress, url redirect, Kubric 2, and radomized headers. In the near future i will be adding a few other features. With AJAX and kubric 2 there will be more seamless intergration of comments and archives as well as a navigation bar from gallery right on the main sidebar. Just part of my comitment of keeping you on the bleeding edge of techology.
